CarleyAI paid access is sold as a non-recurring credit pack: a fixed number of evaluations that are valid for 60 days from purchase. It does not auto-renew. When the pack is used up or expires, your account returns to the free plan; unused credits are not carried over. A new pack can be bought once your paid credits are used up or expired.
You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By ticking the consent box at checkout you agree that access begins immediately and you expressly waive that 14-day withdrawal right once the first evaluation is deducted from your paid credits.
CarleyAI is a digital service — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. When your payment succeeds, access is activated on your account immediately and delivered online through the Chrome extension.
Refunds: because access is delivered instantly, you may request a full refund at any time before the first evaluation is deducted from your paid credits. Free evaluations do not count. Once a paid evaluation has been used, access has been fully delivered and you expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal right (see above), so the pack is non-refundable from that point.
